Shortly after the presentation of the paper at a conference
we integrated the spatial sort in CGAL, just in order
to close the gap, and as we have no NIH-problem.
So you should read the comparison with a grain of salt.
Thanks for the tip. I also noticed that the paper compares Pyramid, which still doesn't seem to be available as a public release.
