Hey, I'm a begginer too, but let's see if we can help each other. I'm using 
Dev
C++ (i.e., g++) to program on Windows, too, but I've got another error 
messages
(shortened here)

At sdg-voronoi-edges.cpp: 39: instantiated from here,
at \predicates\sign_of_determinant.h: 38: call of overloaded
'enum_cast(CGAL::Uncertain<CGAL::Sign>)' is ambiguous
Candidates are \function_on_enums.h: 76 ... and here comes something I
definitely don't understand. 

I've had trouble with every other example file, so I'm just keeping to my
tutorial and moving on. Are you experiencing the same? Could you workaround
some of them?
