Hello, I'm not sure whether it is proper to talk about it in this here. But,
I have a query about this program and don't know where else to ask...

I would like to implement Guillotine subdivision which is a very important
algorithm for PTASs for several geometric NP-complete problems such as
k-MST, TSP, TSPN, etc.
According to GSoC's response, I should contact with your organization first
(before I submit my proposal next week). So, who shall I contact with so
that we could talk about more details and the possibility?
