I imagine that you did not erased your CMakeCache.txt file (at the root of
the
build-tree of your project) before re-running CMake. Please check what is the
value of CGAL_DIR in that file. Probably the CGAL installation in /usr is
still found.
Note that CMake-GUI is a nice tool to modify CMake cache values.
