If itv=c3t3.triangulation().finite_vertices_begin(), then itv is an iterator over the finite vertices of the regular triangulation. In regular triangulations, the point type is a CGAL::Weighted_point<K::Point_3>.

So itv->point() is a CGAL::Weighted_point<K::Point_3> and itv->point().point() is a K::Point_3, where K is the used kernel.
