Generating the VS solutions with cmake is the same method as when you
generated and compiled the CGAL libs. 

Paste the folder path for the example you want into "Where is the source
code" and "Where is the binaries" and click Configure, then Generate. Then
open the .sln file in Visual Studio and build. That's how I usually do it
anyway.
