Thanks for the information, that put me on the right track. I finally ended
up converting my CGAL mesh to a VTK UnstructuredGrid and then used
vtkMeshQuality class. The VTK test function
VTK/Graphics/Testing/Cxx/MeshQuality.cxx is a good source.
