Hi, 

I've a little problem with the function make_mesh_3(). It doesn't work every
time I use it. Here is the generated error :

I think that a problem of criteria. I choose this one : 

        facet_angle = 20, facet_size = 1, facet_distance = 0.5,
cell_radius_edge = 4, cell_size = 1.5 

So my question is, how can I choose "better" parameters to make my program
work all the time ? Does the parameters depend on the size of the
polyhedron, the number of vertices etc ?
