Thank you very much for your kindly reply. Could you please help me to modify the code to remove the problematic facets and mesh the domain?

On the other hand, I think we can't simplily remove these facets, by this way, the neighboring triangles don't have common edges. So we should sweep edges of two neighboring triangles to remove the triangles whose area is zero.
