During the development of CGAL-4.2, the Intel C++ Compiler 13 was tested, and 
supported, but only on a Linux machine. You should switch to 4.2 to try.

If you still have issue with icpc 13, and CGAL-4.2 on Windows, please send me 
the output of the first errors. Are they compilation or linking errors, by 
the 
way?

You should report you bug to the cgal-discuss mailing list. One college of 
mine could answer. I do not know the answer myself. That bug is not mentioned 
in the release notes for CGAL-4.2.
