Thanks for quick reply~
     Firstly, I compute two intersected half spheres :which both of them are
in orders. When I directly convert them into  nef, the result of .off seems
good ! 
     But I should compute outsude points and intersected points of two half
spheres . So I partly do the Delaunay Triangulation for each  outside an d
intersected points.  And I want to union two parts,so I want to use the
Nef~~But after I do Delaunay, the convertaion of Delaunay to .off seems bad
!
