In their internal data structure, the 2D triangulations have an "infinite" 
vertex, for which the coordinates are non-relevant. The operator<< of 
CGAL::Triangulation_2 does output that infinite vertex to the file, with its 
random coordinates. It should be the first vertex of the file. That must 
explain why you see an extra vertex in your output.
