There is no definition of manifold in term of constraints on connection ! This is the reason of the definition of quasi-manifold !!

Moreover your definition of non-manifold is wrong (it could help to have an intuition but this is not a definition). A non-manifold is something which is not a manifold.

For the manifold definition, the only one is the def given in the cgal page [1] or see wikipedia for more details [2].

I understood following about
quasi-manifold and non-manifold but manifold is still not clear:
*Manifold:* ???
*Quasi-manifold:* A pair of n-cell can be connected only by a common
(n-1)-cell.
*Non-Manifold:* A pair of n-cell can be connected by a common i-cell where
0<=i<=n-1.
