Hi Maxime,
Thank you for your all help.
I could handle this and successfully compiled an example regarding drawing a
polygon. 
However, when I tried to draw a triangle and run that example, nothing was
drawn in the basic viewer.
This example reads the data from outside not inside the code. Do you have
any idea about this?


Just for everyone's information: I think the version of vcpkg released in
February 2020 had some bugs and I installed a lower version, then the
problem solved.
