Well, usually codelets are not created on the fly, since they're
supposed to simply encapuslate existing functions. In your case the
functions are provided on the fly, but that's very particular.
Giving such function would probably mislead people into thinking that
they _should_ create codelets that way, while it's really not the usual
recommended way.
