It works, and I no longer need to set HWLOC_CFLAGS and HWLOC_LIBS :)
Now I still have a small problem with the "stat" command during the "Make all 
in doc" :

Making all in doc
stat: illegal option -- -
usage: stat [-FlLnqrsx] [-f format] [-t timefmt] [file ...]
