To starpu-devel: should we say that with-hwloc must always be given an 
argument ?

Indeed, the documentation cannot be built on systems other than 
GNU/Linux. We've started to discuss this issue, and it should probably 
be fixed in a near future. In the meantime, if you do not really care 
about building the documentation, you could apply this patch :
