Hello Gabriel,

The INSTALL file in the main directory of StarPU explains how to compile 
StarPU
on a windows machine.

It is then possible to compile a StarPU application with Visual Studio. You 
can look 
in tools/mvsc for a solution file as well as some batch files to compile from 
the
command line.

Moving to linux might indeed be easier, but that's just my opinion ...
