Yes you're right my bad they are per socket. Your solution to measure the 
task alone on the socket seems good then. Maybe measuring it per socket is 
not bad either, it should just be done for a group of tasks. I must think 
about it.

Yes this is what I was thinking, it may reduce some overhead. These functions 
could then be called whenever we need them in starpu (for a group of tasks 
for instance). Does this make sense? Would the measurements still be correct?
