It's a completely different point.
You shouldn't expect errors to be always minor. They can in fact be quite big if two of the planes are almost parallel, say. But before expanding this issue further on the list, I really suggest that you follow the advice that has been given: read the FAQ / philosophy, and post concrete plane coordinates if you still think something is more fishy than it should be.
