Hi Gilbert,

I believe that the files are still manifold, but viewers tend to render 
facets with more than 3 vertices as a collection of triangular facets.

I have modified my original OFF file to render better using an OFF viewer 
(can you confirm that it renders properly?), however it still crashes during 
Polyhedron_3 to Nef_polyhedron_3 conversion.

is non-manifold.
