hello,

I just found a copy of CGAL_Tutorial.pdf and finished reading it.
It's a good starting point for CGAL beginners.

I found as this paper stated, the order of inclusion of CGAL header
files, if using catesian.h or homogeneous.h, is striclty required:

If you need any of these 2 files with other headers, they should be 
placed before any other CGAL headers.

Is this rule still valid?
