Any comments on these funtions? The ones I have seen (for 2d
triangulations and 2d Delaunay triangulations) look very nice indeed. I
would also like to experiment the insert+remove approach (and its
relative, remove+insert), but I am pretty sure that would spoil the
vertex iterator in the loop.

I think that would be very welcome!
