There are several examples for this package. Which one are you talking 
about?

If this is polyhedron_ex_parameterization.cpp then try running it with 
option -h to get the list of the commands

One example is
-t floater -b square -s opennl  data/rotor.off 
rotor_floater_square_opennl_parameterized.obj
