how can i run it with this option i can not do anything

This is a command-line program, you need to do run the exe with
option -h

You probably need to use the precompiled demo instead.

download here the polyhedron demo that among other things
do the surface mesh parametrization.

You need to extract these dll in the same directory than
the demo
