I have reinstalled CGAL and Boost following your recommendations mentioned in the previous posts. When I finish generating the via CMAKe and I open the project called CGAL and try to build all; it gives this error message: 

Unable to start program C:\CGAL-3.9\debug\ALL_BUILD. The system cannot find the file specified.

and at the end shows:

========== Build: 6 succeeded, 0 failed, 0 up-to-date, 4 skipped ==========

For both release and debug modes.
