Hello Sweety Pie, 

you have sent a lot of questions in the last months. Many of them (if not 
all) are related to cmake, c++, visual studio, dlls, etc...  i would suggest 
that you first make yourself familiar with those topics and ask the related 
questions in other appropriate lists or forums, before you try to use CGAL.
