Borrowing Nizar's thread to ask a different question...

Hello Monique,

Does that mean a 3D triangulation could be regarded as a 3D version of
Arrangement_2?
If the answer is yes, is there an easy way to build such a decomposition of
the whole 3D
space with a given 2D triangular meshing (e.g. a 2d element model in finite
element analysis)
in the 3D space?
