The issue Andreas pointed out is formally a problem, but
happens to work with the current implementation.
So that's not the problem here.
( Nevertheless, I just added an assertion so the next release
 of CGAL will barf on such buggy code. )

In any case, we can discuss at length for years or more
if you do not show the code that matters.
