If by 'triangulation of the interior' you mean a tetrahedralisation, then 
yes. Also see my response to Laurent. I realised that this might be a 
source of confusion. I used the term 'triangulation' since CGAL speaks in 
the packages that I'm using of a Triangulation_3D.
