CGAL-3.2.1+Visual 2005 is not a supported combination. If you really want to 
keep that old release, use Visual 2003, which was supported by that release. 
If you are really adventurous, try to recompile all CGAL libraries wit 
Visual 2003. Some people have posted testimonies on the list to say that it 
is doable, with minor fixes. Anyway, CGAL developers will not be able to help 
you more: we all use CGAL-3.3.1 or more recent internals releases (non 
public).
