I have seen the mention of bjam install here:

There are pages on the web that present steps to install Boost step-by-step
and then compile CGAL. For example:

(Installation on Windows, 32 bits, as far as I can see.)

(Speaks about CGAL-3.4, but the same should work for CGAL-3.5. Mention
