Are you sure you launched branch new cmake you just installed?

What is the content of %PATH%? In your shell, what says "which cmake-gui"?
What if you call cmake-gui using its full path (something like "C:\Program
Files\CMake-2.6\bin\cmake-gui.exe")?

CGAL is tested every night with VC2008 (32 bits, though).
