I am missing this link:

The CGAL project provides a modified version of TAUCS in the download
section of http://www.cgal.org. This version fixes some bugs, supports
64-bit platforms and allows a simplified installation process. It also
contains a complete LAPACK implementation.
CAUTION: Since version 3.3.1, CGAL is no longer compatible with the official
release of TAUCS (currently 2.2). Make sure to use the modified version
provided in the download section.
