Okay, I used CGAL 4.2, will try CGAL-4.3-beta1 now.

Changing to float coordinates like below didn't improve the performance:
x = (float)rand()/RAND_MAX * 2000;
y = (float)rand()/RAND_MAX * 2000;
z = (float)rand()/RAND_MAX * 2000;
