L'empowerment imprononçable préférable ? Amusant.

Que quoi justement ?

Je signale que plein d'anglophones n'aiment pas ce terme jargonneux, 
mais bon en Europe l'anglais a parfois l'attrait de l'exotique : tout 
est beau, même ce qui est passé de mode dans le pays d'origine.

littéralement : "empuissancement" (ça fait exactement cet effet en anglais)
renforcement d'équipe
enrichissement managérial
(capacité à valoriser ou à accroître le potentiel d'une équipe)
dynamisme managérial
valorisme

Vu des définitions comme "*The /empowerment /of a community /(or 
organization) /is an increase in its strength

capacity <http://www.scn.org/cmp/key/key-c.htm#Capacity> /(ability) /to 
accomplish its goals." traduit naturellement sur la même page par un 
"Stärkung" en allemand (renforcement), mais par un "empowerment" en 
français...
