Thank you Laurent. I found out what the problem was. I was stupid putting
BLAS_LIBRARIES=true and BLAS_LIBRARIES_DIR=/usr/lib/. That's why I got
-ltrue and cannot find it anywhere.

But now I'm facing another problem here:
