Thank you for your answer. I know that indices begins at 0, and my weight is
the square of my radius. I think I almost have what I'm looking for (thank
you very much for your help) ;)

I check with assert the dimension.
For Edge interior, singular, regular it is OK
For Edge exterior lot of edge are too big

For Facet I found that interior is a subset of Edge
(interior+singular+regular)
For facet exterior, singular, regular -> log of edge too big

For Cell interior it is a subset of Edge(interior+singular+regular)
For Cell exterior log of edge are too big
There is no both singular and regular Cell

If I want to analyse contact between my atoms, if I take Edge interior,
singular, regular, do I miss contact or I have to take Facet and Cell too ?
Edge does not contains all decomposition of Facet and Cell plus incomplete
facet and Cell ?

I don't understand on manual meanings of Cell, Facet and Edge, and the
meanings of interior, exterior, singular, regular.
I use GENERAL mode for alphaShape cause it is by default and I don't
understand the GENERALIZED mode.
Thank you for your help.
