I am not sure if I intall the cgal correctly, because there isn't a "bin"
file under the cgal installed directory.

However, I can use the cmake configure and generate the cgal successfully.
Then, when I build an empty project to run the cgal example width_simplex,
there are lots errors such as

Are there anything needed to set? *How to use the example of cgal step by
step*?  There is a file named CMakeLists with width_simplex.cpp file under
the directory C:\Program Files\CGAL-4.0\examples\Width_3. Is it helpful? How
to use? My installed softwares versions are CGAL-4.0, CMake 2.8, boost_1_47,
Qt4.8.1, and vs2010.
