I use Cmake build all the examples of CGAL by setting the variable
WITH_examples=ON when configure and generate. And bin file is generated
under the cgal installed directory. There are also more files under the
directory C:\Program Files\CGAL-4.0\examples\Width_3. However, when I open
the project Width_3_example.sln by vs2010, there's only one warnning without
any error when I build solution. But when I try to debugging or start
without debugging, error happens:

So, what's the matter?
