I saw that and did switch my binaries directory to
C:/User/MyName/Documents/CGAL, but I'm still having the same issue:

*Internal CMake error when trying to open file:
  C:/Users/MyName/Documents/CGAL/demo/C:/Program Files
  (x86)/CGAL-4.0/demo/Triangulation_3/Viewer.moc_parameters for writing.*

I've deleted the cache file, and actually even deleted and reinstalled the
CGAL source code to try to eliminate any residual settings that would have
been messed up by initially having the binary directories set to Program
Files (x86), but still get the same error.
