Boostconsulting provides precompiled boost for 32 bit Windows platforms
and for 64 bit you have to compile it yourself

The call looks something like this (You have to adapt it to your
version of the VC++).

The biggest problem people encounter on win64 is to compile
boost.

and why is it in the include path?
